  • Choose your tracks: We recommend at least three pieces of music for different parts of your day, to include songs both entering and leaving the ceremony space, as well as an additional track for any signings or other activities that might take place.

  • Personalised music help: Do you have a special song in mind, and you can’t find it in our music library? Our friendly music specialists are here to help you find, digitise, and even remaster the perfect tracks for your occasion!

  • Your venue can book your chosen music through our order dashboard. Simply let them know the tracks you’d like, and they will order them ready for the day.

  • Our music library is constantly growing as more people choose songs for their service.

    If we don’t already have the music track, we’ll do everything possible to find it elsewhere.

    Give as much information as you can to your venue to submit, and our dedicated Music team will then search a range of other sources, from online music suppliers to record shops, to find it for your moment.

  • Yes, personal recordings are welcome to make the event even more special.

    Yes, we’re able to play pieces personally recorded by individuals, including songs and poems, to make the moment even more special.

  • We realise how important it can be to use the exact version that’s been requested, so we’re happy to receive any link that will help us locate it.

    Please note: We can’t guarantee that we will be able to use that specific version, especially if it has not been commercially released, such as a version that only appears on YouTube or another online service.

  • As long as we can buy a music track, we should be able to play it. We are bound by legal licensing obligations that mean we must purchase a track to feature it in our library for use.

    If a track is taken from a streaming or video service, such as Spotify or YouTube, we’ll do everything possible to use a legal, licensed version.
