Please speak with your Arranger at the venue and let them know which Vivedia service you would like to have for your ceremony. The team at your venue will book these products directly with us on your behalf.

The venue you have chosen will be able to provide you with the prices for any services we provide for your ceremony, including Keepsakes after the big day, as costings can vary between Register Offices.

Your Arranger can order your chosen music tracks with directly with us, you will just need to advise them of the songs you would like.
If our team doesn’t already have the recording, we will try our best to source a commercial recording for your ceremony.
You can also browse our Music Library to see if we already have these songs, or if you’re looking for something specific not in there, please give as much information you can to your Arranger so our music experts can begin searching.

We’re happy to look at any links that are sent to us to help us locate the right track.
On some occasions where we can’t guarantee that we are able to use a specific recording, such as there being no commercial release of the recording available for our team to purchase, our team are also happy to help in sourcing or suggesting a suitable alternative for the ceremony.

Once as Visual Tribute has been ordered, your Arranger will receive an email with log-in details to your content.
Your Arranger will then make sure that your chosen photos and/or videos are uploaded for the ceremony. At their discretion, the Arranger may even send you these details so that you can upload these yourself.

With our Basic Slideshow, each photo is shown at a fixed time of approximately 10 seconds and does not include music in the production. You can ask the venue to play a music track while your photographs are shown, but the length of the tribute and the song may not exactly match.
If you would like for your images to be timed to a piece of music, we’d instead recommend choosing a Music Tribute. This tribute type is produced by our Media Team to perfectly transition your photos to the timings of the chosen song.

We recommend placing an order for a Tribute as soon as you know you would like one at your ceremony. This gives you as much time as possible to collect your photos.
We need around two clear working days before the ceremony to create and finalise a Music Tribute - so if the ceremony is on a Friday, the booking and content would need to be with us by close of business on Tuesday.Meanwhile, for a Single Photo, Basic Slideshow or Family Supplied Tribute, we have a turnaround of one clear working day before the ceremony.
If you need to place a booking closer to the day, please ask your Arranger to contact our Customer Service Team and we’ll do our absolute best to help. -
Once a Live & On Demand streaming service is booked by your Arranger, they will receive a secure link and log in details for your ceremony and forward them on to you.
From this point, you can share the details with whoever you like, and on the day of the ceremony, this link will lead to a secure webpage where the ceremony will be live streamed. After the ceremony, our team will work to get the On Demand footage back online within two to three working days, via the same username and password.Please note we recommend that the friends and family members that you share this link with test the log-in details before the day of the ceremony, to make sure they can access the stream successfully.

Yes – our equipment is always available at the site. If you need a Live Stream last minute, please speak to your Arranger who can get in contact with us and send the log-in details on to you once ordered.

Of course! You can order both a copy of the ceremony footage and tribute* either as a download link or as a physical Keepsake, in the form of a DVD, USB, Video Book or Memory Box. Simply speak with your Arranger or the venue to place an order.
Even if you didn’t order a Live Stream of your ceremony, if you would like a copy of the footage on any of these formats, we should still be able to retrieve the footage within 28 days of it taking place. Please speak to your Arranger as soon as you know you’d like to order a copy.
*If you chose to have a Basic Slideshow tribute for your ceremony, you can also choose a piece of music for our team to embed into the Keepsake video.
